This project seeks to elevate Odisha's coir craft beyond decorative toys to functional home decor items. Focusing on exploring coir material and creating lighting products, pushing the boundaries of traditional craftsmanship into functional and aesthetic lighting designs.

Coir Craft
Coir craft thrives as a centuries-old tradition. Artisans skillfully transform coconut fibers into vibrant and durable creations, ranging from decorative toys to functional household items. This craft not only sustains local livelihoods but also preserves a unique legacy of craftsmanship. This craft is majorly practiced Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Odisha, Andra Pradesh, and Karnataka.
